Hello there!
My name is Evelyn, and I wear many hats – I’m the owner, baker, and self-proclaimed cookie connoisseur of Chesapeake Cookie Co. I’m a proud wife, veteran, military spouse, and a mom of two boys and a girl. Baking is my passion, and cookies are my specialty (no surprises there!).
I have a deep love for sugar and enjoy spreading that love by creating delicious treats for as many people as possible.
Sweets are my weakness, and anyone who knows me can attest to that. While I initially started my baking journey with cakes in 2012, my passion has since shifted to creating delectable cookies with the purpose of finding ways to help my local homeless veteran community.
When I am not busy baking, I cherish spending quality time with my family. To counterbalance my cookie indulgences, I prioritize staying active and working out. After all, a little extra physical activity means I can enjoy more cookies guilt-free!
