Cookies are baked to order the same day they are shipped. We do not use any preservatives. All of our cookies are made fresh with all natural ingredients.
All of our cookies are made on shared equipment in a kitchen that also processes gluten, soy, dairy, and nuts. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with allergies.
All cookies are made fresh to order with no preservatives so recommend that you consume them as soon as you receive them or within 4 days. Cookies in their packaging will last 4-5 days.
Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months if you want them to save them for a later date. Keep the cookies in their original packaging and put them inside an air-tight container, then into the freezer.
Once you take them out of the freezer you can heat them up by:
Preheating your oven to 350F. Remove cookies from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 2-4 minutes.
To ensure maximum freshness all of our packages are shipped via 2 Day FEDEX or UPS.
Refunds for shipping charges will not be issued in cases where deliveries are delayed due to the business being closed or the recipient not being available to receive the package upon delivery. Return Policy »
